By executing an installation, accessing our website, or using our Apps, you signify full, legally binding assent to these Terms. If you act on behalf of a corporation, organization, or legal entity, you warrant that you possess adequate authorization to bind that entity.
1. Scope of Service and Integration
Appetite Labs provides extensions, utilities, and integrations designated as Apps for the monday.com ecosystem. You recognize and accept that the performance of our Apps is entirely reliant upon the availability, structural features, and operational APIs maintained by monday.com Ltd. We are not responsible for software failure stemming from platform updates, API deprecation, or downtime initiated by monday.com.
2. Software License and Intellectual Property
Subject to compliance with these Terms, Appetite Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to utilize our Apps solely within your authorized monday.com account.
All title, proprietary rights, and intellectual property in the underlying code, interface configurations, designs, branding, and documentation belong exclusively to Appetite Labs. You shall not reverse engineer, decompile, copy, distribute, or modify the Apps.
3. Commercial Fees, Subscription, and Payments
Billing mechanics, renewals, cancellations, and tax applications are entirely processed and managed via the monday.com Marketplace Billing System or its selected payment providers. You are subject to the specific commercial tier agreements selected upon installation. Failure to maintain active subscription standing will lead to automatic software suspension or revocation of feature capabilities.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to employ our Apps strictly in compliance with all relevant municipal, national, and international laws and regulations. You shall not leverage our software to circumvent monday.com security, transmit malicious payloads, or carry out deceptive, unlawful tasks.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Apps and related website resources are delivered on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" operational basis. Appetite Labs explicitly disclaims all warranties of any sort, expressed or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a specific target outcome, uninterrupted function, error-free operations, or non-infringement.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permissible under applicable law, Appetite Labs, its legal representatives, or employees shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, consequential, or exemplary damages. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of financial profits, organizational goodwill, operational data, or systemic business interruptions resulting from or linked to the deployment of our Apps.
In all instances, our aggregate financial liability for any claims connected to these Terms or software usage shall never exceed the cumulative amount paid by you to Appetite Labs for the specific App within the trailing twelve (12) month framework prior to the event sparking liability.
7. Severability & Updates
Should any provision of these Terms be deemed invalid or unenforceable by a court of law, the remaining provisions will continue in complete force and effect. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued utilization of our Apps following revisions constitutes formal agreement to the updated framework.
